Dr.Dolf de Roos is the chairman of Property Ventures Limited, a public listed and innovative real estate investment company. Over the years, Dolf was cajoled into sharing his investment strategies at seminars on real estate and the psychology of creating wealth throughout North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Dolf began investing in property as an undergraduate student. Over the years, as his successes with property became apparent, Dolf was cajoled into sharing the "why" and "how" of his real estate investment strategies. He has run public seminars throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, and Europe, trained real estate agents, written and published eight best-selling property books including the New York Times Best Seller Real Estate Riches. Two of Dolf's books are the only two Real Estate books to have ever been endorsed by the National Association of Realtors (Real Estate Riches and Making Money in Real Estate).

Unlike a lot of real estate "gurus", Dolf is actively involved in real estate investing. His ongoing involvement allows him to put his words into actions. Recently, Dolf created The Property Investment System, a comprehensive program that reveals Dolf's successful, time-tested real estate strategies and techniques. This system has lead over 50,000 people to find "the deal of the decade" and start investing in real estate. Unlike most real estate systems, Dolf includes a unique software component that can show you the return on a real estate investment before you actually invest.

In the late 1990s Dolf launched a public company, "Property Ventures Limited" of which he is the chairman. Property Ventures is now gaining momentum as an innovative property investment company, with holdings ranging from high-rise apartment buildings to high-end vineyards.
