ERNEST S.W. WONG is the Founder, Principal Consultant and a Master Teacher. He became the first Malaysian and among the top 100 people in the world to become a Certified Trainer in ACCELERATRED LEARNING at Turning Point in the University of California, USA and a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the Society of NLP (USA) at University of British Columbia, Canada.

In 1985, Mr. Wong, who has been a feature writer for newspapers and magazines and is the recipient of a number of awards, created an accelerated personal development program called Super-Teen Program, which, being the first of its kind in Asia, has transformed more than 10,000 average students into high performers in major cities of South East Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia through their acquiring of unique skills and methodology regarding effective studying. And in 1988 Mr. Wong become the first Asian to receive the prestigious Golden Apple Award by the foundation of Self Esteem USA for his contributions towards excellence in education.
