Rates apply from Monday to Sunday including
public holidays
i) 7am - 5pm         First two hours = $2.10
Subsequence 1/2 hr = $1.05
ii) 5pm - 2am        Per entry = $2.10
iii) 2am - 7am       Per hr = $2.10
