has been selected as Vice Chairman of
Health, Education, and Science for the
United Nations/Research Center for the
International Council for Caring Communities
(ICCC) NGO. Working with the Organization
of American States, the Carter Center,
and The United States Agency for International
Development (USAID), Robbins has been
